From Aberdeen travel on the Aberdeen/Alford road (A944) for just over 20 miles, past the junction for Monymusk and Inverurie. At the junction for "Tough/Muir of Fowlis" turn left. Continue along this road to the junction and turn right towards Muir of Fowlis. The property is then located around 2 miles from here on the right hand side.
From Inverurie take the B993 to Kemnay and proceed through the town and along the B993 Alford road. At the junction turn right towards Alford. Continue along this road for around a mile and at the junction for "Tough/Muir of Fowlis" turn left. Continue along this road to the junction and turn right towards Muir of Fowlis. The property is then located around 2 miles from here on the right hand side.
